Frequently Asked Questions
Should I take the courses in any specific order?
Yes, we will put together a learning plan for you based on your experience level during your onboarding call.
How do I get help with questions?
You can utilize our Live Coaching Community (LCC) to access a multitude of support rooms. A StockAbility™ team member is available to you for almost instant feedback and help. Our LCC is a hub where students and coaches chat throughout the day and night which you can access right from your desktop or mobile device with real-time alerts if you choose.
How long do I have access to the Live Coaching Community?
The Live Coaching Community goes hand in hand with your Guided Trade Sessions so the length of access depends on the program you have purchased, anywhere from six months to two years. After this time, you can subscribe on a month-to-month basis.
Are the courses recorded?
Yes, and in two different formats. Firstly, we have broken down each key learning concept from the courses into short on-demand video lessons with chapters you can go through. Secondly, you can watch the full recording of the live courses you register for. This way, learning at your own pace becomes a truly viable option.
What if I cannot make a live online class?
Your Live classes will be recorded during delivery and available for viewing. If you know you can’t make a class you are scheduled for, we can simply move you to another date.
What do I do after my access to Guided Trade Sessions and the Live Coaching Community ends?
We want you to be able to go out and trade and invest confidently on your own. However, some people like being part of a community. After your access ends, you can subscribe on a month to month basis to the Guided Trade Sessions and Live Coaching Community.
How long do I have to take my courses?
